BMAR and HIPAA
BMAR (Birth Month Annual Review) - Service Members reporting for duty at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) for more than 90 days are required to complete BMAR.  You may request access to BMAR by sending an email to mcpara@amedd.army.mil. Email must include: Name, Rank, unit and AKO or other .mil e-mail address.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) - All Service Members reporting for duty at TAMC must complete HIPAA Training.  Individual Augmentees and IRR must complete HIPAA Training on line at Military Health System Learning Center at  https://mhslearn.csd.disa.mil/ilearn/en/learner/mhs/portal/home.jsp and bring the certificate with you.  Units conducting AT will receive HIPAA training during in processing.

Army Knowledge Online (AKO) - all active and reserve component soldiers are required to maintain an Army Knowledge Online account. Soldiers need to look at this frequently to ascertain any changes in their army records and readiness status.  All correspondence with the Reserve Affairs branch will be conducted through the AKO email.

DFAS (Defense Finance Accounting Service) - All soldiers should validate their information in the DFAS system well in advance of reporting for duty.

Defense Travel Management Office - This site has calculators to determine your Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), and Per Diem rates.

Army Weight Control Program - Soldiers should meet the requirements of AR 600-9

Physical Fitness Testing - Soldiers reporting to TAMC for annual training or other tours of duty should possess evidence of a current APFT. 

DoD Forms Program - online resource for DoD forms and other publications.

DEERS - enrollment verification - all soldiers need to check their data in the online DEERS website prior to reporting for duty.
