DA Form 1058-R (Application for Active Duty)
(Must be submitted 30 days prior to report date or NLT 31 March of the calendar year. In order to receive an OER for the AT period, IMA Soldiers need 12 days and IRR Soldiers need 12 days on the order. Tripler MILPO suggest 19 days of AT for IMA and IRR Soldiers.
