• Patients Served: All DEERS eligible DoD Beneficiaries, with priority to Active Duty, VA as space allows, all Ages. Patients will also be prioritized based on urgency of the clinical condition.
  


• Requirements for Dermatology:
  
  
  • A referral from the Primary Care Provider
    
  
  
  • If Air Evac Patient, a completed Patient Movement Record, including patient information and PCP information
    
  
  
  • All ASAP consults (except Soldier Readiness Program (SRP) consults) require communication with the on-call Dermatologists prior to approval
    
  
  
  • TAMC currently does not have Micrographic Surgery (MOHS) capability. Please utilize www.triwest.com for a list of providers who may assist with this. However, if you have a patient with a diagnosed skin cancer, please refer to Dermatology
    
  
  
  • No cosmetic laser services offered
    
  
  
  • Tattoos are only treated in Active Duty Soldiers (Army, Air Force, Coast Guard) that have been directed by command to have the tattoo removed
    
  
  
  • Hair removal is generally only performed on the head and neck
