Patient Information

This page is designed to assist you in providing you additional information and links to Tripler and the Internet that we feel are a good source of information.  We will be adding form packages (physical, obstetrics, procedures, etc.) that you can download and complete at home prior to your appointment and save time during your visit.

You can make appointments with the Family Medicine Clinic in one of two ways:

• Routine appointments are made through the Central Appointments System by calling (808) 433-2778, or

•  TRICARE Online enables you to make an appointment with your primary care manager (PCM) online. 

Sick call is for active duty Soldiers with acute problems.  Sign in on a first-come first-served, and is from 0715-0745 Monday through Friday.  Once sick call slots are filled, Soldiers will be issued a same day appointment by the clinic if so desired.

You can leave telephone messages for your PCM by calling (808) 433-2778.  Here you can ask your PCM the status of a result, renew/refill prescriptions, medical concerns, etc.  Your PCM or nurse will respond to your telephone call within 72 hours.

Tripler's Pharmacy Web site provides you with the hours of new and refill prescriptions and instructions for refilling your medicine.  Telephoned ((808) 433-6962) refill prescriptions are usually filled within 72 hours by the pharmacy, excluding holidays and weekends.
