Patient Representative Office

The Tripler Army Medical Center Patient Representative's Office serves as the contact point for all patient satisfaction concerns, compliments and suggestions. We are the liaison between the patients and the hospital. We can assist you in obtaining assistance and/or answers to your concerns.

You may send your concerns or compliments to our office either in person, by mail, fax, or email.

We also accept customer satisfaction feedback through our FOCUS "For Our Customer's Ultimate Satisfaction" Cards (located throughout the hospital) and through our Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) site located on the Internet at If you have any questions, you may call our office at 808-433-6336.
